Text Amendments - Davison Overlay Design Guidelines

The City of Davison Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for the purpose of receiving public comments on adding Chapter 1285, a proposed Davison Overlay Design Guidelines to the City's Zoning Ordinances, in accordance with the requirements of the City or Village Zoning Act, Act 207 of 1921, as amended. The proposed text addition will allow the Planning Commission to establish temporary design guidelines for future new and redevelopment projects within the City of Davison, while the City works on permanent changes to its Zoning Ordinance.

The Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 12, 2005 at 7:05 P.M., in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 200 E. Flint St., Davison, MI 48423.

Copies of the proposed text changes to the Zoning Ordinance are available for inspection at City Hall during the hours of 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday or by clicking on the link below.

Those persons unable to attend may send their written comments to the attention of the Building Official at the City Hall address given above. Written comments must be received by 5:00 P.M., Tuesday, April 12, 2005.
